I know I rarely ever blog my own words, but I figured since I’m at a new chapter and a whole new place in my life, that I might share it with you all :) 

I moved into my apartment yesterday which is actually an okay place. I have my own bathroom and everything which is really nice. I met one roommate last night and the other just an hour ago. Their names are Tammy and Gabby and they’re both really nice. I just wish I had a familiar face here with me instead of coming home to strangers every night, you know? Hopefully a few of my friends will be joining me here in the spring or fall so I could explore the city with people I’m comfortable with. 

My dad just left so it’s been lonely but surprisingly not as hard as I thought it would be. I think it’s because I’m coming back home on the 8th so I know I’ll see everyone soon. Classes start tomorrow too so hopefully I’ll be too preoccupied to even think about being homesick. I do miss being around my family and having a family environment. Being away from home makes me want to work harder in school so I could get done faster and go back home permanently. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to Vegas anytime soon after I graduate haha, I’m already over this place.
